THE MAYAN CALLER
What is a symbol?
" The symbol is like my gentleman caller who
happens to speak the Mayan tongue, we call him an intermediary, what Jung calls
the active imagination.
He comes in and he regulates everything; I must
have had him for some years before a man came in for a reading and asked me if I
happen to speak the Mayan tongue. There are still some people who speak it in
the Yukatan area".
